美好“食”光,与你共“商”——青岛中加学校开展餐厅满意度问卷反馈Restaurant Survey Feedback

学生就餐质量是学生入学后,家长最关心的问题,是学校的形象,是提高学校满意度的最有力手段。为落实学校“全心全意为同学服务”的宗旨,深入开展“我为同学做实事”服务活动,近期,学生处开展了食堂满意度调查问卷活动,活动通过线上线下满意度评分、实地调查、现场走访、集中座谈的形式,征集同学们对于食堂供餐服务的评价及意见建议。

The Student Affairs Department recently conducted a survey on cafeteria satisfaction, collecting feedback and suggestions from students through various methods. The aim was to improve the quality of dining services and implement the school’s motto of “serving our fellow students wholeheartedly”.

本次调查问卷活动共收回300余份问卷,从调查结果来看,师生们对学校食堂的满意度总体很高,尤其是就餐环境、服务态度、食堂卫生等方面,食堂问题主要集中在菜品口味和菜品种类等问题。

Over 300 questionnaires were collected, showing high satisfaction with school cafeteria among teachers and students. Issues mainly lie in the taste and variety of dishes.

学校党支部书记张祖海同志针对调查问卷结果,针对同学们提出的相关问题表示学校将定期邀请同学们共同参与新菜品研发并进行打分,并对学校菜品种类和口味进行优化,学校会针对餐厅服务人员定期进行相关培训,每学期不定期进行1-2次问卷调查。

To address student concerns, our school will regularly invite them to rate new dishes and optimize the cafeteria menu. We will also provide training for service staff and conduct surveys irregularly.

保障学生舌尖上的幸福,我校将以此次调查问卷为契机,积极整改,进一步提升餐饮服务水平,主动回应师生的意见建议,有针对性地开发品种多样、结构合理、数量充足、营养丰富的饭菜,不断增强师生们在校生活的归属感和幸福感,为全校师生的饮食健康保驾护航。也期待同学们的积极参与和监督。让我们共同努力,为青岛加煌中加学校的食堂供餐服务创造一个更美好的未来!

Our school will take this survey questionnaire as an opportunity to actively rectify and improve the level of catering services. We will develop diversified, reasonable, sufficient, and nutritious meals with targeted development. This will enhance the sense of belonging and happiness of teachers and students in campus life.
